These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding contract between you ("you," "your") and TruFare AI Inc. ("TruFare," "we," "us"). They cover our browser extension, website trufare.ai, any future mobile apps, and all features, content, or services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

By installing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall/leave now.

The Services in Plain English

1.1 What TruFare Does

TruFare highlights hidden fees, predicts price drops, and surfaces better deals on event tickets—specifically concerts and sports games. Sometimes we show affiliate offers ("Perks") that might earn us a commission at no extra cost to you.

1.2 "Beta" Means Beta 🧪 (No Warranties)

Features labeled "Beta" are experiments. They might glitch, disappear, or misbehave. They're provided "AS IS" and without any warranties—express or implied. Use at your own risk and tell us if they break!

1.3 Future Rewards (and Taxes)

We're cooking up a cash‑back & rewards program. Details (and extra terms) will appear inside the extension once live. Until officially redeemed, points have no cash value. You're solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or filings related to rewards you redeem.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using TruFare you promise you meet these requirements.

Your Account & Security

Creating an account unlocks syncing and personalized insights. Keep your password safe and tell us ASAP at support@trufare.ai if something looks fishy. One human, one account—no duplicates.

License We Grant You

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for non‑commercial purposes. You may download one copy of our extension/app per device. All intellectual‑property rights remain ours.

Things You Can't Do (Seriously)

No reverse‑engineering, scraping, bots, malware, exploit hacks, or illegal shenanigans. Don't mess with our code, disrupt others, or game any rewards system. Where local law forbids a restriction, only that part doesn't apply.

Purchases Through Third‑Party Merchants

TruFare surfaces deals but you buy directly from the merchant ("Merchant"). All purchase disputes, shipping issues, refunds, taxes, and additional fees are between you and the Merchant. We're not liable for product quality or pricing errors. Got beef? We'll cheer you on, but we're not a party to the fight.

Disclaimers & Liability Limits

AS IS & AS AVAILABLE. TruFare might miss savings, suffer downtime, or have bugs. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties (including merchantability, fitness, and non‑infringement) and limit our total liability to USD $100. If your jurisdiction forbids such limits, the smallest allowable cap applies.

Indemnity

If your misuse of TruFare gets us sued, you agree to defend and indemnify us (including legal fees).

Dispute Resolution: Read Me 📜

10.1 Informal Chat First

Email legal@trufare.ai and give us 30 days to resolve any dispute.

10.2 Binding Arbitration & Class‑Action Waiver

If unresolved, all disputes (outside small‑claims court) go to individual arbitration under JAMS rules. No jury trials, no class actions. Opt‑out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing optout@trufare.ai with "I opt out."

Changes to These Terms

We may update Terms occasionally. If changes are material, we'll post an in‑extension banner or email you. Continuing to use TruFare after changes go live means you accept the new Terms.

Termination

We can suspend or end your access at any time for rule‑breaking or legal reasons. You can uninstall TruFare and close your account whenever you wish. Sections that by nature survive (e.g., Disclaimers, Liability, Arbitration) will survive termination.

DMCA & IP Complaints

We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on TruFare infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to dmca@trufare.ai with (1) your signature, (2) identification of the work, (3) location of the alleged infringement, (4) contact info, (5) statement of good‑faith belief, and (6) statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate. We may remove or disable content at our discretion. If your content was removed and you believe it was misidentified or removed in error, you may send a counter‑notice meeting DMCA requirements to the same email.

Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement. These Terms + our Privacy Policy are the whole deal between us.
• Severability. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stay intact.
• Governing Law. Unless local law says otherwise, these Terms are governed by California law, USA.
• Venue. If arbitration doesn't apply, the courts in Los Angeles, California get exclusive venue.
• No Waiver. If we fail to enforce a right, it isn't a waiver.
• Assignment. We may assign these Terms; you may not without written consent.
